Browsing the guides

You do not need an account to read the site. These pages contain no advertising technology, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party embedded media. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the same site.

Delivering any website requires technical communication with its hosting infrastructure. A hosting service may process request information such as an IP address, requested path, browser information, request time and error details for delivery and security. The page code does not define the hosting provider’s logging configuration or retention period, so it cannot guarantee that server logs are absent.

The contact drafting tool

The name, selected topic and question you enter are used by JavaScript in your browser to construct a message draft. The tool has no submission endpoint and does not send these fields to the website. It does not intentionally save drafts in cookies, local storage or a database.

Your browser may retain form values through its own history, session restoration or autofill features. This behaviour is controlled by your browser. On a shared device, clear the fields and close the page when finished.

The Copy text action places the draft on your device’s clipboard if permission and browser support allow it. Other applications or clipboard-history features may then have access under your device settings. The Download text action creates a file on your device. You control where that file is kept and how it is shared.

Email you choose to send

Following an email link does not send your draft automatically. If you send an email, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message, sender address and associated technical information under their own arrangements.

Any correspondence received may be used to address your question, investigate a correction or handle a privacy request. Avoid sending sensitive personal data. A specific mailbox retention period is not established by these static pages; ask through the contact address if you need information about a particular message.

Reference links lead to other websites only when you choose to open them. Those websites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Links open in a new tab and are marked accordingly. This site does not control those services or their data handling.

Cookies and browser storage

The supplied site script does not set cookies, use local storage or read identifiers for tracking. See the cookies notice for the distinction between the page code and browser or hosting behaviour.

Your choices and requests

You can read the guides without using the drafting tool. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other treatment of personal information in correspondence. Contact [email protected] with a concise description of your request. Do not send identity documents unless they are necessary and a suitable process has been agreed.
